- These Terms are additional to, and should be read with, our Client Agreement, Risk Disclosure and all other operative agreements made available to you on the website.
- The Broker operates in Kenya in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and provides online foreign exchange dealing services to eligible clients only.
- Products, features, and content on the site are intended only for users in jurisdictions where such distribution and use are lawful. You are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws that apply to you.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- We may update the site and change content from time to time to reflect our products, users’ needs, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
- We may amend these Terms at any time. Please review them whenever you use the site to ensure you understand the Terms that apply at that time.
- We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the site (in whole or part) for operational or business reasons and will give reasonable notice where practicable.
- If you are provided with a user ID, password, or other security information, you must keep it confidential and not disclose it to any third party.
- We may disable any credentials if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with these Terms. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
