Troubleshooting

Check internet connectivity, confirm the correct server, and ensure your firewall/antivirus allows MT5. Try reconnection or restart the terminal.

Right‑click inside Market Watch → Show All, or use Symbols (Ctrl+U) to enable the instruments.

Check symbol trading hours and permissions in Specification, verify margin/free margin, and confirm the symbol is enabled for your account.

Close unused charts/indicators/EAs, reduce chart history, restart MT5, and ensure your device meets system requirements.

Trading

This is due to slippage: in fast-moving markets, orders fill at the next available price. Stop Loss/Take Profit are not guaranteed.

This usually happens if margin requirements are not met (stop-out). Check free margin and leverage levels.

In the Toolbox/Terminal → Trade tab, you can view Balance, Equity, Margin, Free Margin, and Margin Level %.

Swaps are overnight financing charges applied when positions are held past market close. They can be positive or negative depending on symbol and direction.

Each symbol has trading hours set by the exchange or liquidity provider. Check via Market Watch → Specification.

Go to Toolbox → History tab → right-click → choose period or Save as Report (HTML/Excel) for detailed history.
